ST JULIAN'S BAY - The St Julian's area encompasses Malta's most colourful nightlife in the Paceville area of the resort, swimming at the Lido and from pretty St George's Bay, an elegant casino on Dragonara Point, and a great selection of shops around Spinola. Eating out can be anything from fast food to feast food, and the later you stay out, the livelier St Julian's is likely to become.
QAWRA AND BUGIBBA - Qawra and Bugibba meet each other on the headland of St Paul's Bay, forming a long and lively seafront. There is good rock-barhing in clear water, and several seafront lidos actached to large hotels. Bugibba's nightlife ranges from discos to karioke bars, while one or two hotels in Qawra have sophisticared nightclubs.
ST PAUL'S BAY - St Paul's Bay offers a holiday base that's as lively or as lazy as you choose. Its little fishing harbour is charming and there are restaurants in the Old Town. For a change of leisurely pace Qawra and Bugibba are just along the waterfront.
GOLDEN BAY on the island's north-west coast, boasts Malta's finest sandy beach - a suntrap sheltered on either sides by low cliffs. The ideal choice for an away-from-it-all holiday.
Paradise Bay takes pride of place on the northernmost tip of Malta. This secluded spot offers peace and quiet, and a private little sandy cove - where worshipers of sun and sea will be in their element.
Gozo, less than half the size of Malta, is an excellent choice for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The Gozitans are cheerful and friendly and you'll soon find yourself adapting to their easy-going lifestyle. In our accommodation on Gozo you'll be tempted to stay put, simply soaking up the atmosphere and scenery. Gozo is the place to unwind and recapture the flavour of the Mediterranean style of yesteryear. Below is some information on some of the villages of Gozo. Gozo can be reached either by ferry - the trip lasts 20 minutes and the ferryboats have bars and toilets on board. On the way one sees also the little island of Comino. One can also cross over to Gozo by helicopter - the flight takes about 10 minutes and is over some really spectacular scenery.
