The Calypso hotel is situated in the pretty little fishing village of Marsalforn. It is only 100 metres from the small beach of Marsalforn.

Marsalforn is the centre for Gozo's handicraft industries of lace making and knitting - so useful souvenirs abound. This hotel is ideally placed for walks and rambles through the pretty Gozitan countryside and the simple style Calypso is positioned on the picturesque bay of Marsalforn. A selection of bars, shops and restaurants are to be found in the immediate vicinity. Nightlife is very low key, though there are ample cafe-bars and some good fish restaurants.

Bus-stop to Victoria, Gozo's capital is just outside the hotel. These hotel offers three bars, a TV room and a Chinese Restaurant. It also has 2 tennis courts and 2 squash courts. The hotel provides also live music twice weekly besides regular bingo and disco dancing according to demand.
