4th Malta International 1/2 Marathon

The University of Malta is one of the few institutions which offers Mediterranean Studies at both the graduate and undergraduate level. In fact, two main areas of studies are offered to undergraduates in the Faculty of Arts, namely "History of Mediterranean Civilisation" (compulsory for all B.A. students) and "Contemporary Mediterranean Studies". This Summer School focuses on the history and culture of the Mediterranean from pre-historic times to the present, giving an introductory overview of the subject, of particular interest to undergraduate students. The Summer School features an average of 45 hours of lectures which includes field trips around the Maltese islands, giving participants a solid introduction to a complex but fascinating subject.
